So who is Global A.P.E. anyway? We are folks that are concerned not only about our environment, but in fairness to all people, and of course animals. We believe in the interconnectedness of animals, people, and the environment, hence the A P E in our name. 

What can you expect to find at Global A.P.E.? You can be sure to find innovative, eco friendly, Fair Trade products such as tree paper made from agricultural waste, handy bags in many styles made from recycled plastic water bottles and hemp, linens made at the leprosy hospital in Southern India, inspirational banners and pillows from Indonesia, jewellery from Colombia, olive wood from Kenya and Israel, soapstone, baskets, pottery, and all sorts of unique gifts and wall art, sterling Silver (.925) rings and earrings, and West Coast Native items including bamboo circle scarves and spirit guardians.

But Fair Trade is expensive and I can't afford it....ah but you can! We understand that in order to best help those that need us, we need to make Fair Trade affordable. That way you can make it part of your lifestyle and not just a luxury. Doing the right thing by others or the environment, shouldn't be only for the elite, it is up to all of us to take care of each other and our resources. We do our best to bring you affordable options and all we ask is that you consider choosing at least one thing that you can commit to converting to a more eco-friendly Fair Trade alternative...see, that's not so hard!

We are diligent in knowing the source of our products all the way down the line and are proud to promote only items that do not use slave labour, forced child labour, sweat shops, and are certified cruelty free. Do you know who grew your coffee beans? Is your shirt sweat shop free?
